Our four partners are all duly registered as Estate Surveyors and Valuers by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). The Senior Partner is also Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of Great Britain. The partners are:-
OLATUNDE ADEGBEMILE
Qualification: Fellow of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. Fellow of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Experience: He is the Senior Partner and has been in active practice for over 35 years, having started his professional career with Gleave & Fox (later known as Fox & Company) in 1961. He practiced with the firm of Messrs Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks (now known as DTZ Debenham Tie Leung-International Property Advisers) in the City of London from January 1967 to July 1969 and returned to Fox & Co,. in August 1969. He has been involved in all the major valuations, property management, acquisitions, project co-ordinations and other professional assignments carried out by the firm. He was the National Secretary of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers from 1975 to 1978, past Secretary and past Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Nigeria-Group, past Secretary-General and past President of the Nigerian Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation and past Chairman of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. He was particularly involved in the management of the properties of Wemabod Estates in Lagos under Fox & Co. between 1962 and 1975 when the management was taken over by Wemabod Estates Limited Estates Department which Fox & Co. assisted in setting up.
OLUMIDE A. ADENIYI
Qualification: B.Sc. (Estate Man.), ANIVS, ARVA, Professional Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
Experience: He has been in active practice since 1978 after working for one year in the Property Division of UAC of Nigeria Plc. He has been directly involved with all the substantial valuations carried out by the firm all over the country since he joined the firm. He has a wide experience covering various professional assignments including property sales and acquisitions, as well as project coordination all over the country. He is presently the Managing Partner of the firm.
ADEDAYO A. FAGBEMI
Qualification: Higher National Diploma in Town and Regional Planning, B.Sc. (Estate Management), Professional Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and registered Member of the Estate Surveyor & Registration Board of Nigeria.
Experience: He has been in active practice since 1991. He has been directly involved with all the substantial valuations carried out by the firm all over the country since he joined the firm. He has work experience covering property management, sales and acquisitions etc. of properties.
G.A. ADETUNJI
Qualification: B.Sc. (Estate Management), Diploma (Computer Science), Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (RSV).
Experience: He is a Partner and has been in active practice since 1991, having started his professional career with Olatoye Ojo & Co. He practiced with the firm of Bode Adediji Partnership between 1993 and 1999. He joined Adegbemile, Agangan, Akinlosotu & Co. in August 1990. Since joining the firm, he has been involved in the major valuations and sales and other major professional assignments carried out by the firm.
OTHER MEMBERS OF STAFF
We have other competent and efficient Estate Surveyors who are either professional associates or probationers of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and who have participated in the valuation of several properties nationwide as well ass other professional assignments including Estate Agency and property management. Our accounts Department is headed by a young competent and qualified Associate of the Institute of the Chartered Accounts of Nigeria and we have a supportive efficient Administrative Department with the full complement of administrative and secretarial staff.
