We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Surveyors and Valuers with a wide range of experience in all aspects of Estate Surveying and Valuation profession in Nigeria. The firm was established in 1984 to take over the Estate Agency business of Fox and Company, the successor to Gleave and Fox, the oldest firm of Chartered Surveyors in Nigeria and West Africa. The three founding Partners, Messrs Adegbemile, Late Agangan and Akinlosotu, all chartered Surveyors and Estate Surveyors and Valuers, had by that date been Directors in Fox and Company for a considerable number of years. The firm is duly recognized by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and registered by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), the regulatory body of the profession in the country. We are also closely associated with the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). Adegbemile, Agangan, Akinlosotu and Company commenced operations at the Western House, 8/10, Broad Street, Lagos in 1984 with emphasis on Estate Agency, Property Management and Estate Consultancy. In 1994, the firm separated its practice from that of Fox and Company. We have since then expanded the scope of our practice to include Property Valuation, Project Appraisal and Management and general estate consultancy. Our clients include corporate bodies, government establishments and respectable individuals. We have a wide range of experience in Valuation, Estate Agency and Property Management in Nigeria Dating back to the early 1960s’ as a result of the close involvement of our partners in the practice of Fox and Company for several years.
